Roof Replacement at Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute Addenda will be only distributed electronically from the Architects electronic distribution system to bidders registered in attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Estimated Construction Cost: $1,430,000 - Base Bid $450,000 - Alternate No.1 $55,000 - Alternate No.2 Each Bidder must be registered with the West Virginia Department of Tax and Revenue and Revenue and the West Virginia Secretary of State's Office prior to the time and date for Receipt of Bids in order for his Bid to be considered. A satisfactory bid bond furnished by a solvent surety company authorized to do business in the State of West Virginia, in an amount equal to five (5%) of the total amount of bid, payable to Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute, shall be submitted with each Bid. Each (The) successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond and the fee for same shall be included in their bid. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for at least thirty (30) days. The Administrative Council for Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute, Pleasants, WV reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The Administrative Council for Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute reserves the right to reject any, and all bids. Last day for questions is March 27, 2025, at 12:00 pm and the last addendum, if necessary, will be issued on or about March 28, 2025.
