Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Saint Marys, West Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.

The Administrative Council for the Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified design professionals to provide Architectural / Engineering Services, which include design and construction phase administration for Interior Building Renovations at the Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute. Qualified firms are invited to obtain a copy of the Statement of Qualification and submission requirements from the Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute. Statements of Qualification must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. local prevailing time on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at the Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute, 2134 North Pleasants Highway, St. Marys, WV 26170. Statements will be evaluated, and discussions/interviews will be conducted with at least three of the most highly qualified firms. The Administrative Council reserves the right to reject any and/or all statements and to make the award in any manner deemed best in accordance with WV Code 5G-1-3.
