Interior Building Renovations at the Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute. Bids will be received by the Administrative Council for Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute, Saint Marys, West Virginia. A mandatory pre-bid conference for General Construction will be held at the project site, followed by a site visit. Parking for the conference is available at the rear of the school, with entry through the gate. Contract documents are available only from the architect's Project Management Website. Addenda will be distributed electronically to bidders registered at the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Each bidder must be registered with the West Virginia Department of Tax and Revenue and the Secretary of State's Office before bids are received. Bidders must also be licensed to perform work in the state as required by law, with registration and contractor license numbers provided on the Form of Proposal. A bid bond by a surety company authorized in West Virginia, equal to 5% of the total bid, is required with each bid. The successful bidder will also be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, with fees included in the bid. No bid may be withdrawn for at least thirty days after the scheduled closing time. The Administrative Council for Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
