RFP Number .25252037 Project Numbers-Program/Federal ....:Various/Various Project Site (City, Village, etc.). : Anchorage, Alaska Project Title & Contract Description .: ANC Airside Construction Administration and Inspection Services Term Agreement 2025 The Contractor shall provide construction administration and inspection services for various projects at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC). The anticipated scope of work includes but is not limited to engineering, constructability reviews during design, construction inspection, SWPPP inspection, electrical inspections, materials testing, documentation, GPS surveying, CAD drafting, pay item quantity calculations, and office work for the designated projects at ANC. The Contractor shall ensure the construction contractor's work is accomplished in substantial conformance with the contract documents, Alaska Construction Manual, FAA requirements, and applicable permits. Anticipated intial period for performance-Begin/End: April 2025 - April 2027 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
