Renovation of a multi-residential development in Duluth, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
All interested parties are invited to attend. HRA reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids. The Owner will receive sealed bids for the project described in general as follows: Midtowne Manor II is a high-rise apartment building that was originally built in 1970. The HRA is seeking to remove existing exterior windows throughout the building, with exception to the exterior storefront systems, and replace with new exterior windows throughout the building. The insulated concrete wall panels are beyond their useful life and will be removed and replaced with a metal cladding rainscreen system. The existing exterior brick will remain. Bid shall be awarded to one contractor; partial/segregated bids will not be accepted. Midtowne Manor II is a high-rise apartment building that was originally built in 1970.
