Western Lake Superior Sanitary District (WLSSD) is requesting quotations for Overhead Door Services at the following locations: Location Address WLSSD (Main Plant) 2626 Courtland St. Duluth, MN 55806 Materials Recover Center 4587 Ridgeview Rd. Duluth, MN 55803 Scanlon Pump Station 3209 Hwy 61, Scanlon, MN 55720 Biosolids Storage Facility 1948 Highway 210 Carlton, MN 55718 (Twin Lakes Township) Questions regarding this quotation can be directed to Ashley Maxey at 218-740-4794. Western Lake Superior Sanitary District reserves the right to reject any and all quotations, to waive irregularities and to accept the quote deemed in the best interest of the organization. All quotations must be valid for 60 days after closing date. WLSSD plans to enter into an agreement with one contractor to provide Overhead Door Services. The successful Contractor shall provide automatic overhead door services, as needed, during a twelve (12) month period at WLSSD locations, including the routine preventative maintenance and repair as needed. In an emergency, the successful Contractor shall respond by providing a qualified and competent overhead door technician, at the site of the emergency and as soon as possible, on the same day the notification was given. The successful Contractor shall be responsible for supplying materials for emergency repairs. The successful Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and public safety equipment necessary to complete the work as set forth in this Request for Quotations. The term of the agreement will be for one year with the option of up to four (4) extensions, upon agreement by both parties.
