Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Duluth, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Piers S and T repairs include removal and excavation of existing concrete walk and subgrade between barriers, removal of existing deteriorated concrete, concrete surface repairs, backfill and surface restoration and traffic control. PROJECT LOCATION: Bridge No. 69509, Duluth, MN Please submit any questions regarding this project via e-mail to purchasing@duluthmn.gov. Responses will be issued as an addendum to this solicitation. Deadline to submit questions is February 20th, 2025 at 2:00pm. Anticipated Start Date: on or Before March 31st, 2025, or Within Ten Calendar Days After the Date of Notice to Proceed, Whichever is Later. Substantial Completion Date: April 28th, 2025 Final Completion Date: May 1st, 2025 Bid surety in the amount of 5% of the total bid payable to the City of Duluth must be submitted with each bid. Paper bid bonds, certified checks. Performance & Payment Bonds The awarded contractor will be required to submit performance and payments bonds in the full amount of the project cost prior to award. The City of Duluth reserves the right to reject any or all bids, split the award or waive informalities, irregularities or minor deviations from the specifications, if deemed to be in the best interests of the City.
