Water service replacements may be from the main to the curb stop, from the curb stop to the building or both. The project includes small-diameter HDPE water main extensions to replace shared lead water services. Work will take place in the right of way as in on private property and within private buildings. Restoration of all public and private property is required, including but not limited to concrete & bituminous surfaces, vegetation and landscaping. START DATE: April 14, 2025 , SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION: November 26, 2025 , FINAL COMPLETION DATE: June 29, 2025. Pursuant to Minnesota Statues 177.41 to 177.44 and corresponding Minnesota Rules 5200.1000 to 5200.1120, this contract is subject to the prevailing wages as established by the Minnesota Department of Labour and Industry. Specifically, all contractors and subcontractors must pay all laborers and mechanics the established prevailing wages for work performed under the contract. Failure to comply with the aforementioned may result in civil or criminal penalties.
