**As of April 09, 2025, no bids were received . No definite date for the rebid.** Bids are invited for several items and quantities of work as follows: 1. Demolish the existing 61' tall x 14' diameter, 70,000 gallon AO Smith AquaStore Standpipe. The concrete foundation is to remain in place. 2. All other necessary work for completion per plans and specifications including site cleanup. A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the ARCHER COUNTY M.U.D. No.1 or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The ARCHER COUNTY M.U.D. No.1 reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held by the ARCHER COUNTY M.U.D. No.1 for a period not to exceed 30 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award. The board may award the bid that presents the best value for the district using the criteria set forth herein. In determining the best value for the district, the board will consider: (1) the price; (2) the reputation and experience of the contractor; (3) the quality of the contractor's services; (4) the contractor's safety record; (5) the contractor's proposed personnel (6) whether the contractor's financial capability is appropriate to the size and scope of the project; and/or (7) the contractor's past relationship with the corporation.
