Warehouse Cooler Replacement The CSP provides the information necessary to prepare and submit Competitive Sealed Proposals for consideration and ranking by the Owner. The Owner may select the Proposal that offers the "best value" for the District based on the published selection criteria and weight of criteria, and on its ranking evaluation. As indicated herein, factors other than price will be considered in making this determination. The Owner may first attempt to negotiate a contract with the selected Proposer. The Owner may discuss with the selected Proposer options for a scope or time modification and any price change associated with the modification. If the Owner is unable to reach a contract with the selected Proposer, the Owner may formally end negotiations with that Proposer and proceed to the next ranked Proposer in the order of the selection ranking until a contract is reached or all proposals are rejected. Do not contact members of the Board of Trustees or any other employee or representative of WFISD. Prohibited contact after issuance of this CSP and before a contract is finalized, may result in disqualification. 4. Project Planning Schedule. The Owner desires to select a General Contractor that can provide dependable, high-quality services and a substantially complete the Project by the following date: Substantial Completion: July 8, 2025 . To achieve a uniform review process and obtain the maximum degree of comparability, it is required that proposals be submitted via this electronic bidding platform. However, WFISD is legally required to accept complete hardcopy proposals, for which all electronic requirements must be present in the hardcopy proposal, with THREE (3) sets provided AND a thumb-drive of all requirements fulfilled (and organized in the manner specified) in the hardcopy submission and the thumb-drive submission. Missing documents, missing portions of documents, missing requirements, or any missing or incomplete information will be grounds for rejection of Proposal. By submitting a response, Vendor certifies to the best of his/her knowledge that all information is true and correct. Scanned signatures are acceptable where PDF files are requested. Responses must be submitted on the forms provided. Only responses received by the date and time specified will be considered. Vendor Pricing is firm unless pricing change(s) are accepted in writing by WFISD.
