Site work for a civil project in Warren, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Warren West Utility Improvement Project - Fire Protection Pump Station and Distribution Work includes furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and services necessary for completion of the project. All work shall be done as shown on drawings called for in the description of the work and in a manner directed by the specifications of the City of Warren, Trumbull County, Ohio. Each bidder shall be required to file with his/her bid guaranty in one of the following forms: o A bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid, which can be converted to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid if the bid is accepted; or o A certified check equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid; or o A cashier's check equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid; or o A letter of credit, pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code, equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid; made payable to the City of Warren, Ohio, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into, and its performance secured. If the bid is accepted, the successful bidder shall enter into a contract and furnish a Contract Performance Bond in an amount equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the total contract price, in accordance with the specifications. Bids of corporation not chartered in Ohio must be accompanied by proper certification that such corporation is authorized to do business in Ohio. Successful Bidders will be required to pay prevailing rate of wage as required in Section 4115.06 of the Ohio Revised Code and as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration. The schedule of Prevailing Wage Rates, predetermined by the State of Ohio, must be downloaded and updated by the Contractor. This Contract is subject to the provisions of Ohio Administrative Rule #5122:3-1-15 (effective January 1, 2023) as pertains to Civil Rights and Affirmative Action, and the Governor's Executive Order of January 27, 1972 as it pertains to Affirmative Action. Each Bidder must ensure all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex or national origin. The successful low bidder will be required to comply with all contract requirements for Equal Employment Opportunities. All Bidders must fill in all the blanks of the Proposal in ink or typewritten. No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least ninety (90) days. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received; and to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable to the City of Warren at the time and under the conditions stipulated. The Work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles, and furnishing all labor, transportation, and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and performing all work or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The Work shall be complete, and all work, materials, and services not expressly indicated or called for in the Contract Documents which may be necessary for the complete and proper construction of the Work in good faith shall be provided by the CONTRACTOR as though originally so indicated, at no increase in cost to the OWNER. t Warren West Fire Protection Pump Station and Distribution begins on parcel 39-048310 for the Fire Protection Pump Station and yard piping, with the 12" fire protection piping extending from there in the public ROW to the intersection of Halladay Ave SW and Raiders Path SW. The project is located in the City of Warren. Mobilization o Clearing, grubbing, erosion control and site preparation, maintenanceof traffic o Package Fire Protection Pump Station with foundation o Package 140,000-gallon, bolted, break water storage tank with foundationo 235 LF of 12-inch PVC fire protection water distribution piping andappurtenances. o 82 LF of 10-inch PVC connection to domestic waterline o 20 LF 3/4 " Water Service o 91 LF 6-inch sewer lateral and tie in to existing sanitary o Optional Bid Items: o 12-inch PVC fire protection water distribution piping o Per 100' installed o 12-inch PVC fire protection water distribution valves Last Day for Questions , March 7th at 11:00 am (Eastern) All questions must be emailed to: Glenn Weist Glenn.Weist@stantec.com Nate Podoll Nathan.Podoll@stantec.com
