Project involves open cut installation of approximately 45 L.F. of 8-inch sanitary sewer, 135 L.F. of 6-inch sanitary sewer dual siphon, abandonment of existing sanitary sewer, pavement and lawn restoration, and erosion control. All Work is included in a single prime contracts. The cost of Bidding Documents is non-refundable. Each entity obtaining Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office will be designated as a Plan Holder of Record. Bids received from entities who are not Plan Holders of Record may be returned as being nonresponsive. A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to Village of Thiensville at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 1, 2025 Pre-Qualification: Yes Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to Village of Thiensville equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract & furnish payment & performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to Village of Thiensville as liquidated damages. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The Village of Thiensville reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any & all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes.
