The Fairmont State University Roof Renewal for Morrow Hall and Prichard Hall consists of the replacement of the existing roof membrane, asphalt shingles and associated details. Morrow Hall includes the roof replacement of the existing EPDM membrane, metal coping, and asphalt shingle roof and siding. Special details include terminations of EPDM under stone cornice and termination of shingle roof to internal copper gutter system. An Alternate is included for replacement of the dormer windows on either side of the shingled roof. Prichard Hall includes the roof replacement of the existing EPDM membrane and metal coping. Additional nailers along the perimeter will be required for new insulation. An Alternate will be included for integrated roof tie-offs. Both buildings will include unit costs for the replacement of damaged insulation, wood nailer, and exterior roof/wall sheathing replacement.
