Reference Number 0000379154 Title 2025-2027 Tap Contract- RFP Questions are submitted online No Each bid submittal shall be accompanied by a cashier's check in the amount of Five Thousand ($5,000) Dollars, payable to the Charter Township of Shelby, as surety for the acceptance of the bid The Township reserves the right: To reject any or all bids, or any part thereof The Contract shall be firm and binding for a period of two (2) years, starting May 1, 2025 and expiring April 30, 2027. The Contractor whose proposal is accepted will furnish at his own expense, concurrently with the executed Contract, a Performance Bond in the amount of Fifty Thousand ($50,000.00) Dollars. The Contractor shall furnish a Maintenance and Guarantee Bond in the amount of Fifty Thousand ($50,000.00) Dollars for all work performed under this Contract against defects in workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of acceptance of such work by the Township. The date of acceptance by the Township shall be the date of the final payment.
