Reference Number 0000288723 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/03/20 12:00:00 AM CDT Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for all that is required for the permanent and temporary pavement restorations of various utility pavement and boulevard cuts in accordance with the City of Winnipeg’s Street Cuts Manual and Standard Construction Specifications, on behalf of Manitoba Hydro in the public right-of-way as well as on private property. Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposalsfor all that is required for the permanent and temporary pavement restorations of various utility pavement and boulevard cuts in accordance with the City of Winnipeg’s Street Cuts Manual and Standard Construction Specifications, on behalf of Manitoba Hydro in the public right-of-way as well as on private property. The initial duration of the Contract will be for a one-year period, on an as-required basis, with the option to renew the Contract for up to four (4) additional successive one (1) year periods. Commencement of Services/Delivery of Goods May 1, 2025 Completion of Services/Final Delivery of Goods April 30, 2030 Manitoba Hydro reserves the right, and the Proponent acknowledges that Manitoba Hydro has the right, to reject any, or all, Proposals, or to select, negotiate or accept any Proposal which Manitoba Hydro in its sole unfettered discretion deems advantageous to itself with no resulting liability to any Proponent.
