Renovation of a medical facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Work of this Contract comprises removal of two existing fire pumps, associated control equipment, and supporting electrical; installation of two new fire pumps, control equipment, supporting electrical, and creation of a new fire pump room; fire alarm system changes and expansion; new fire sprinkler systems and renovations to existing fire sprinkler/standpipe systems; AND new firestopping and interior finishes at the Seven Oaks General Hospital also known as Provincial Fire and Life Safety Project - Seven Oaks General Hospital. General Contractor to begin on site no later than September 17th, 2025. Each bid shall be accompanied with security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total Base Bid Price. The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price covering the performance of the Contract. The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price. The Owner in its sole discretion may reject or accept all or any part of a bid, including any or all of the bids submitted under this bid call; and the Owner is under no obligation whatsoever to accept the lowest or any bid submitted.
