The project also includes a new shared control area 1P740, updated patient toilet 1P741 for accessibility, updated existing reading room 1p743, updated existing dx qc 1p40b work area, update to patient dressing 1P715 and updated staff lockers 1P706. Work includes but is not limited to non-bearing partitions, lead shielding, finishes, casework, furniture system, equipment anchorage, floor slab cutting and patching, and modification to mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems PRICE HOLD PERIOD 60 Calendar Days Roebbelen reserves the right to require the Contractor to furnish a performance and payment bond for any contract exceeding $1,000,000. Compliance with skilled and trained workforce requirements is required on ALL lease leaseback and design-build projects. Upon award, a fully executed subcontract, signed Attachment G and monthly submission of Monthly Skilled & Trained Workforce Compliance Reports are conditions of payment. Unless ALL compliance requirements, including monthly reporting AND its acceptance by Roebbelen and the Awarding Body are met, your payment(s) will be withheld until these conditions of satisfaction have been met.
