Grass Cutting and Trimming for 2025 Season for a period of one (1) year beginning on the date of the issued Notice of Award letter, for the 2025 mowing season, which will be agreed upon by the Utility Manager and the Public Works Director. In addition, the Bidder agrees to allow for a one (1) year extension to the contract, for a maximum of two (2) years, which will make the contract term finished at the end of the 2026 mowing year, which is determined by the Utility Manager and the Public Works Director, provided that no increase has been made to the original contract pricing without the express written consent of both parties. The City of Fairmont will select the lowest most responsible bid proposal. The City of Fairmont reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or waive any irregularity in this bid or in responses, to negotiate with all qualified sources, or to cancel, in part or in its entirety, this Invitation to Bid, in the best interest of the City of Fairmont.
