Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kiln, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; transportation facility; and transportation facility.

The project generally consists of: Rehabilitating a hangar driveway and parking lot at Stennis International Airpark. The hangar driveway consists of cold milling and asphalt overlay. The parking lot consists of cold milling, excavating to subgrade, laying crushed stone, asphalt paving, pavement markings, ditch maintenance, and other miscellaneous work. Each Bidder must deposit with his proposal, a Bid Bond in an amount equal to 5% (five) percent of its bid, payable to the Hancock County Port & Harbor Commission, as bid security. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the contract amount. The Contractor Shall Be Liable for the Continued Assessment of Liquidated Damages at $500.00 for Each Calendar Day That the Contractor is in Default in Attaining Final Completion Within the Time Stipulated as Provided Herein. The Hancock County Port & Harbor Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein.
