Pond 85 Dredging Improvements. SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall furnish all transportation, labor, scaffolding, materials, apparatus, appurtenances, etc., needful for the proper performance of the work included in and in accordance with the Specifications and accompanying Plans. All materials shall be the best of their several kinds. Should the Contractor introduce any materials different from the kinds hereinafter described or meant to be implied, such rejected materials shall be removed promptly from the site by said Contractor and at Contractor's own expense upon order of the Engineer or his representative at any time during the progress of the work. All work shall be done in the best and most workmanlike manner in accordance with the true intent and meaning (of which the Engineer shall be the judge in case of dispute) of these Specifications together with notes or Specifications on the Plans and the Plans themselves which are intended to include everything necessary for the proper and entire finishing of the project, notwithstanding every item necessarily employed in the work is not particularly mentioned or shown. Some notations may occur on the Plans and not be noted in these Specifications, or vice versa, but said work must be done by the Contractor and at no additional cost to the Owner. All work when finished is to be delivered in a perfect and undamaged state without exception
