Long Bow Ct Reconstruction The proposed project will include pulverizing approximately 6,800 sq.yds. of existing asphalt pavement, grading the pulverized material to act as an additional road base, asphalt paving (3" thickness), gravel shoulder installation, site restoration, minimal road base reconstruction, drainage improvements, and site restoration. Funding for this project is provided in part by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP). Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check or bid bond equal to five percent of the maximum bid price, payable to the Owner as a guaranty that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract Documents and furnish the required contract security. If the Successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract Documents [and provide the required contract security within 15 days after the Notice of Award, the Owner may annul the Notice of Award and the Bid Security will be forfeited. Bids may not be withdrawn within 60 days after the date of the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to award the Contract to the Bidder, who in the judgment of the Owner, will best serve the interest of the Owner.
