Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ada, Oklahoma. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 3,000-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; 9,000-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.

SCOPE OF WORK/SERVICES: The purpose of this project is to construct a new building for the Chickasaw Tribal Utility Authority to serve as both an office and a warehouse. The facility will encompass 12,000 square feet, featuring a 3,000 square foot office space and a 9,000 square foot warehouse, along with a parking lot and access road. The project will be situated just off i-35 at the Davis exit, to the east of the Treasure Valley Casino. The Consultant will provide basic architectural and engineering services that includes assessment of the proposed site location, utilities, conceptual design based on programming outline that will be provided by owner, and a cost estimate.
