Renovation of a military facility in Ada, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Robert S Kerr Environmental Research Center, located at 919 Kerr Research Drive, Ada, OK is seeking quotes for the renovation/upgrade of existing freight elevator. See attached Statement of Work for complete details. The project shall be complete no later than 150 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed date. Physical work on the elevator shall be completed no later than 30 calendar days from the day demolition begins. Some components are anticipated to have a long lead time. No physical work in the laboratory, including demolition, shall begin until all required components are on site. Period of Performance: 05/01/2025 - 09/30/2025 Inquiries and questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted in writing electronically to the Contracting Officer, at email: cochran.renae@epa.gov. All inquiries/questions must be received no later than five (5) calendar days after the issuance date of this solicitation. Question Deadline 04/07/2025
