BC Housing is seeking a Construction Manager with experience in the Construction Management at risk (CCDC5B) Contract to provide Pre-Construction and Construction Management Services for the construction of a new Supportive Housing building to be located in Vancouver Island of BC to advance the Project from Design Phase to construction completion and warranty Phase. The scope of work consists of construction of a proposed 5-6 stories wood-frame supportive housing building with approximately 56 units, designed to provide safe, functional, and supportive living spaces for the target population.
