Reference Number 0000288799 Question Acceptance Deadline Mar 26, 2025 02:00 PM PDT Pricing Lump sum The Government of Canada (GoC) is initiating a pilot project to establish 'GC Secure Co-Working' sites within Canada. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is the lead department responsible for delivering this initiative. The new sites will provide federal departments and agencies with shared offices accommodation. The Project entails the design and fit-up of a GC Secure Co-Working Site in British Columbia (BC). In order to achieve accreditation to operate as a facility, enhanced security and stringent construction standards are required in the design and fit-up. The overall design must meet the GoC (Policy on Government Security) and RCMP Guidelines, as they relates to the various physical security zoning applications, as well as the end users physical security requirements. The Construction Management (CM) to work in conjunction with the Prime Consultant, 3rd Party Commissioning Agent and any other consultants engaged by PSPC via BGIS on this project to ensure the Project meets all mandatory requirements and achieves planned goals and target in scope, budget, schedule and quality.
