There are some manholes to remove and piping to be plugged. Contractor will supply parts, materials, and machinery to complete job and also state the warranty of the work completed. Section includes: 1. Rehabilitation of two 70'.00" diameter clarifiers including: a. Replacement of .5 HP motor b. Replacement of Nord 573.1-71L/4 CUS gear reducer c. Rebuild existing H30 LT Drive Unit d. Replacement of 14' 9" Influent Well A36 Carbon Steel e. Replacement of 24" Center Pier A36 Carbon Steel f. Replacement of 48" Truss Section A36 Carbon Steel g. Replacement of 4 Panel Cage Unit A36 Carbon Steel h. Replacement of Clarifier Suction Header HDG i. Replacement of Clarifier Manifold with seals j. Removal of (2) 4' Scum Beach, and plug off k. Replacement of (1) 4' Scum Beach W/ (1) 6' Scum Beach with Submerged Shelf HDG, and (1) Flushing Device 304 SS. l. Replacement of existing Scum Blade A36 Carbon Steel m. Replacement of (1) 4" Skimmer Assembly W/ (1) 6' Skimmer Assembly. 304 SS. n. Fasteners are to be stainless steel. o. Abrasive blasting and coating of the drive mechanism, and existing bridge unit. p. Remove, and reinstall bridge grating, kick plate, handrail following abrasive blasting and coating. 2. Structural steel to conform to ASTM A36. All welding to conform to American welding society standard AWS 01.1
