**As of April 22, 2025, the project was awarded to Sarver Paving Co, with an awarded amount of $1,831,627.63.** Bidder must submit a bid guaranty and a performance bond with the bid. The bid guaranty may be in one of several different forms. They may include a certified or cashier's check, letter of credit, cash in the amount of 10%, or a bond. If a bid guaranty in the form of a bond is posted, then the bid guaranty and performance bond attached to the specifications as Exhibit 1 is to be used.
