Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in De Pere, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Project proposals are being sought includes the following approximate quantities: o 2,800 SY of concrete and colored concrete sidewalk, driveway, and ramp removal and replacement (4-inch to 8- inch). o 350 SY of new concrete sidewalk installation (4-inch and 6-inch) Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, payable to the City of De Pere, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute a contract and furnish a contract bond as set forth in the General Conditions of the City of De Pere. In case the bidder fails to file such contract and bond, the amount of the bid bond shall be forfeited to the City of De Pere as liquidated damages. The letting of the contract is subject to the provisions of the following Wisconsin Statutes: Section 62.15 regarding Public Works. Section 66.0901(3) regarding Prequalification of Contractor. Each bidder shall pre-qualify by submitting proof of responsibility on forms furnished by the Director of Public Works. Such forms shall be filed with the Director of Public Works no later than 4:00 PM, Monday,March 24, 2025. Prospective bidders who have previously submitted such forms subsequent to January 1, 2025will not be required to separately submit such forms for this project. The City of De Pere reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bidding and to accept any proposal which the Common Council deems most favorable to the interest of the City of De Pere.
