Responses will be scored according to the given scoring matrix and awarded based on that scoring model. The City of Peoria reserves the right to award to either a single or multiple vendors. The City reserves the right to waive technicalities and accept the proposal that best suits its needs. The right is reserved, as the interest of the City may require, to reject any or all proposals and to waive any non-material informality or irregularity in the proposals received. All proposals will be in English. The City will award the proposals as described below or reject all bids within sixty (60) calendar days from the bid opening date. ** bid date info : Bids shall be mailed/dropped off in a sealed envelope or package with the bid title and bid number marked on the outside.
