The proposed project consists of the 2025-2026 new construction of CTH EB crossing of Hemlock Creek; located between CTH F and Mid Valley Drive. This project is part of the South Bridge Connector which will ultimately connect CTH EB and CTH GV to I-41. The Wisconsin DOT has initiated construction for the new interchange for the South Bridge Connector as part of the I-41 lane expansion project from Appleton to Scheuring Road. When the interchange is constructed, the EB-39, EB-45, and GV-14 projects need to be constructed concurrently to connect the new interchange to CTH F to the west, and Lawrence Drive to the east. Proposed is new single span concrete deck bridge over Hemlock Creek. Hemlock Creek bridge will be a four-lane crossing to accommodate future traffic needs and expansion (road will need to be widen when needed). Project roadway typical section includes; 12of breaker, 6base aggregate dense, and 5 new asphalt surface. As of March 10, 2025, this project is included in the County's 2025 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Further information regarding a design firm and timeline for construction has not yet been established yet. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
