Site work and paving for a road / highway in Mason, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town of Kelly will be undertaking a road project on Maple Ridge Road, Bayfield County, WI. Project location is from US 63 east approx. 3.34 miles to Roy Anderson Road. Sealed bids will be received for construction of the project in one contract, as follows: 5,000 Tons of Asphaltic Pavement, Type 4 MT58-34S 6,200 Tons of Asphaltic Pavement, Type 3 MT58-28S Base Preparation 4,000 FT Geogrid Installation 22,500 Tons 1 1/4 " Gravel Base 13,700 Tons 3/4 " Gravel Base 2,600 Tons 3/4 " Gravel Shoulder 2,200 Gallons Tack Traffic Control Performance Bond Incidental Items All bids shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid price payable to Town of Kelly as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within the time set by the Town or the bid deposit shall be forfeited as liquidate liquidated damages. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond payable to Town of Kelly for one hundred (100) percent of the contract price for each of the bonds in accordance with the requirements of the contract Documents.
