Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Benson, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a multi-residential development; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Concrete Parking/Walks & Site Work Questions that arise from the Site Visits are to be directed to the Architect at bids@stognerarchitecture.com. Brief Scope: Concrete Parking / Walks. Remove / Replace Entry Stairs, Handrails and Columns. Scrape and Paint Handrails & Columns. New Concrete Swales. 1. Provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to provide new parking and concrete walks. 2. Provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to remove and replace existing entry stairs. 3. Remove and replace existing handrails and columns at front porches. 4. Existing railing columns at rear porches shall remain. Scrape, prime, and paint all columns and railings at rear porches. 5. Provide new concrete swales at Raymond Sanders site A, NC 28-2. 6. Provide regrading of grassed ditch/swales at Dunn/Brooklyn St. sit A, NC 28-1. 7. Clean out and jet existing concrete pipe at Dunn/Brooklyn St. site A, NC 28-1. 8. Provide all other work as shown on plans, in the project manual, and as required by codes. 9. There shall be a portable toilet at job site, provided and maintained by the General Contractor. 10. There shall be a dumpster at job site, provided and maintained by the General Contractor. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. $400,000.00-$1,000,000.00
