Demolition, site work and renovation of a detention facility in Stryker, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a detention facility; for the renovation of a detention facility; and for site work for a detention facility.
Project consists of renovations to C-Unit revising existing dry cells for double occupancy with toilets and sinks. Renovations include interior and exterior modifications to accommodate the occupancy. Qualified bidders may submit bids according to the Instructions to Bidders Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. Demolition 2. Site Civil 3. General 4. Fire protection 5. Plumbing 6. HVAC 7. Electrical 8. Detention Equipment/Hardware 9. Security Hardware and Electronics Bid security shall be submitted in the amount of 10 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. The cost of printing is to be paid to the printing company atthe time the drawings are picked up. Shipping and tax charges are the bidder's responsibility and payable directly to Becker Impressions. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work
