It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. This project consists of the renovation of the existing IT/Office work room. The goal is to separate the two spaces with a wall and door in order to increase security and provide appropriate cooling for the IT systems housed in this current location. This solicitation includes required insurance as recommended for the project's specifications and scope of work. It is highly encouraged potential responders review Section 00 73 16 Insurance Requirements as well as AIA A201, Article 11 of the solicitation before submitting a response. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation.
