New work to include the installation of new concrete equipment pad, pipe bollards, carpet tile, luxury vinyl tile, metal stud framed, plastic laminate and gypsum soffits and walls, wall base, casework, plaster infill, masonry wall infill, concrete slab infill, sink, suspended acoustic ceiling panel clouds, light fixtures, mini-split system, and Ductwork modifications. Payment and Performance Bonds will be required Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to the Owner in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required.
