A performance bond or other security guaranteeing performance of the Contract, in an amount equal to 100% of the total resurfacing of the Memorial Park tennis court charges, will be due to the Borough of Waynesboro within twenty (20) days after notice of intent to issue the award. A payment bond, in an amount equal to 100% of the total resurfacing of the Memorial Park Tennis Court Contract amount.
