U-46 Project No. 2073-25. In this project, the work includes but is not limited to: Removal and replacement of identified roof systems and associated sheet metal work at the Warehouse and Distribution Center located at 1474 Sheldon Drive, Elgin, Illinois 60120. Refer to Drawings and Project Manual for full extent of the work required. CONSTRUCTION BONDS REQUIRED: Upon award of Contract, a Performance Bond and Material & Labor Payment Bond will be required from the General Contractor for 100% of the contract sum, per Contract Awarded, payable to the Owner. Intent to Bid Due Date: Mar 27th 2025, 10:00 AM CDT
