This project is the installation of HVAC in 12 - 3br units & 2 - 4br units for a total of 14 units. A qualified firm is required to have an E-verify #, a Duns #, and be registered online for verification of work status in the state of Georgia. Bidders are re-quired to bid the total of 14 units. All work will need to be done in accor-dance to the specifications included in the bid package for the construction and completion of the work required. CDBG funds are made available to the city of Dalton through a partnership with the US De-partment of Housing and Urban Devel-opment (HUD). Consistent with other Federal programs, CDBG requires compliance with various Federal laws, regulations and guidelines throughout the invitation to bid; ; procurement pro-cess, project construction, and project close out.
