Site work for a water / sewer project in Show Low, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, on-site surface preparation and coating (interior and exterior) of the 300,000 gallon water tank (24' H x 48' Diameter), completing tank repairs of installing a new 30" shell manway, 24" roof vent, liquid level indicator, lockable ladder door cage, and 2 sections of 8' long safety railing on top of the tank. The work includes all required labor, material, incidentals, transportation, traffic control, and services required for the project to complete a usable and operable facility in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner as shown on the Construction and Bid Documents. The work will take place at the City's 300K Tank, 211 S 20th Avenue. The City of Show Low reserves the right to modify the Scope of Work and to reject any and all bids not deemed in the best interest of the City
