Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Show Low, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to removing the deteriorating sidewalk curb and drainage facilities and installing approximately 1,000 linear feet of new curb, 9,100 square feet of new sidewalk, ADA ramps, driveways, conduit sleeves, concrete pavers, and new drainage infrastructure to facilitate the new sidewalk improvements. The work also includes paving portions of North 1th Street between East Cooley and East Hall. The work includes all required labor, material, incidentals, transportation, traffic control, and services required for the project to complete a usable and operable facility in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner as shown on the Construction and Bid Documents. The work shall take place along North 11th Street between East Cooley and East Huning in Show Low Arizona. The City of Show Low reserves the right to modify the Scope of Work and to reject any and all bids not deemed in the best interest of the City.
