City of Show Low is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified parties for the design and renovation of an existing city building new building to house the City's recreation department; City Campus Training Building Remodel Design Build, City of Show Low Project FM-0425. The project shall take place at 760 E McNeil, Show Low, AZ. The project scope includes design and renovation for a building of approximately 9,050 square feet. The selection of the design-build team will be a single step process per ARS Title 34 requirements. The existing building has a new roof and windows. All of the plumbing and electrical will be replaced as part of the project. It is the City's desire to retain the HVAC units and use them if possible in the renovated building. The building will have offices, cubicles, breakroom, restrooms, classrooms, a public foyer, a file storage / copier room and other spaces identified during the programming process. Architectural services shall include construction documents based on the provided floor plan. The plan set shall be complete with all required building elements included. The project team may be an architect or contractor lead. The successful team must demonstrate experience with similar projects. Project experience in the City of Show Low and White Mountain region is preferred. The contractors' project team must possess the qualifications and professional licenses required by code to perform the work.
