Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Show Low, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
It is to be noted that the project is subject to the ADOT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal percentage of 14.51% and that the project is race neutral. The bid shall include off-site fabrication, all required labor, materials, incidentals, and delivery of the unassembled units to Show Low, Arizona. Each shelter unit must be constructed of heavy duty, power-coated steel, primed and painted bottle green (RAL6007). The roof panel will be constructed of 18-gauge galvanized sheet steel, the sides constructed of 16 gauge perforated steel mesh panels and 2 x 3 rectangular steel tube legs. All bidders must be registered in ADOT Arizona Unified Transportation Registration and Certification System (AZUTRACS) located @ online . Registration confirmation must be submitted with the bid proposal. The AZUTRACS Project Number is MPD8843-1, and Project Title is: Fabrication of Bus Stop Shelters. It is to be noted that the project is subject to the ADOT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal percentage of 14.51% and that the project is race neutral. Contract Documents and Bid Instructions may be obtained from the City of Show Low, Transit Manager at 180 N. 9th Street, Show Low, AZ 85901, (928) 532-4097. The City of Show Low reserves the right to modify the Scope of Work and reject all bids not deemed in the best interest of the City.
