Renovation of a transportation facility in Show Low, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Supply and install a new Mulehide grand TPO rubber membrane, heavy duty weldable dripedge (white), 2& plates and screws for mechanically fastened system, 60 mil membrane (white), all seams shall be heat welded, includes all deck preparation. Deck preparation will consist of installing a foam flute system between each rib on the existing metal roof and overlaying that with a 1 thick rigid foam to completely cover existing metal roof system. The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for a complete turnkey project. The successful bidder must demonstrate that they possess the appropriate licenses and certifications, equipment, and experience to complete the project.
