Site work and paving for a civil project in Show Low, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work includes the reconstruction of 9,500 LF of roadway including portions of North 22nd Avenue, West Kartchner, North 30th Street, and West Owens. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the pulverization of approximately 25,100 SY of existing asphalt roadway, recycle and mixing existing asphalt millings into existing base, subgrade preparation and compaction, reshaping the roadway grade, installing new asphalt pavement overlay, re-establish roadway shoulder, adjusting water valves and manholes, installing drainage improvements required for the work, and other items necessary for the accomplishment of the improvements. The work includes all required labor, material, incidentals, transportation, traffic control, and services required for the project to complete a usable and operable facility in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner as shown on the Construction and Bid Documents. The City of Show Low reserves the right to modify the Scope of Work and to reject any and all bids not deemed in the best interest of the City.
