The City of Show Low is extending an invitation for bids for the Reidhead House Restoration - Phase 1 City of Show Low Project No. FM-5225 The Reidhead House is located in the City of Show Low, at 780 E Deuce of Clubs, Show Low AZ 85901, Parcel 210-17-001. The work includes new construction and repair / restoration of interior and exterior elements per the plans and specifications titled "Reidhead House". The work is further described as providing all necessary labor, equipment and materials for a complete project including site work, concrete, masonry (brick and adobe crack repairs), metals, wood and plastics, and finishes (lime plaster, painting / stain, whitewash, wood flooring). The City will provide permitted plans. A schedule of values will also be required as a part of the contractor"s bid. The contactor shall complete usable and operable facilities in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner. The contractor shall possess all necessary licenses and certifications to perform the work. The City of Show Low reserves the right to select the bid that best suits the City"s needs and may modify the Scope of Work. The City of Show Low also reserves the right to reject any and all bids not deemed in the best interest of the City.
