All Divisions will need to be quoted in order for the overall bid to be considered responsive. Each bid proposal shall be submitted electronically on the proposal forms provided and shall be accompanied by a scanned copy of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond, executed by the bidder and Surety Company, payable to the City of Grosse Pointe Farms in the amount of Five Percent (5.00%) of the accompanying bid. Proposal Guarantee shall provide assurance that the bidder will, upon acceptance of the bid, execute the necessary Contract with the City of Grosse Pointe Farms.
