Site work and paving for a road / highway in Woodruff, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project includes the following Work: Approximately 4.5 tons of crack seal, 500 square yards of Asphalt Pavement Repair, 300 tons of asphalt overlay, and 41,000 square yards of chip seal. Bids will be received as a single contract. However, this project is tied to two other projects. Bidder must bid on all items for all three of the projects that are tied together. Failure to bid on all items for each project will disqualify the Bidder. One Bidder will be selected to construct all of the tied projects. See Specification 00 22 14 for details. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Est.
