Site work and paving for a civil project in South Ogden, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Install approximately 2,900 feet of 8" dia. culinary waterline. The new waterline will replace the aging waterline within existing streets. The work includes pipe, valves, fittings, fire hydrants, water services, testing, disinfection, asphalt patching, and associated work as indicated in the contract documents. The work will also include the installation of catch basins and junction boxes and approximately 30 feet of 15 dia. and 115 feet of 30 dia RCP storm drain pipe. The work is generally located on 40th Street between Riverdale Road and Washington Blvd, in South Ogden City. All work specified in the contract documents for Schedule A must be completed within 75 days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. If Schedule B is awarded, an additional 15 days will be granted, extending the total contract time to 90 days. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of five percent of the total bid price, made payable to South Ogden City Corporation as a guarantee that the bidder, if his bid is accepted, will secure insurance, performance, and payment bonds, and promptly execute the Contract. All questions concerning this project shall be directed to the Project Engineer. South Ogden City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make awards in the interest of the City.
