Burch Creek Park Sprinkler & Landscape Project for South Ogden City Corporation. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of grading sports fields, sprinkler installation, and landscaping as indicated in the Contract Document. LOCATION OF WORK: The work is located at Burch Creek Park, 4300 Madison Ave., South Ogden City, COMPLETION OF WORK: All work specified in the contract documents shall be completed within 90 days of the date specified in the notice to proceed BID SECURITY: Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of five percent of the total bid price. PROJECT ADMINISTRATION: All questions concerning this project shall be directed to the Project Engineer. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: South Ogden City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make awards in the interest of the City.
