Site work, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in Prattville, Alabama. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project Includes the Following Work: New Water Treatment Plant for Two Supply Wells, the Plant Consists of a Concrete Clearwell, Chemical Building and Feed Systems, High Service Pumps, Electrical, Scada and Related Appurtenances. Each Bidder Must Deposit With His Bid, Security in the Amount, Form and Subject to the Conditions Provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security Shall Be Furnished in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder May Withdraw His Bid Within 60 Days After the Opening Thereof. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities, or to Reject Any or All Bids, and to Award the Contract to the Best and Most Responsible Bidder. Estimated cost ranges from $6,000,000 to $6,500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
